  When our clients need to declare something to or get some approval from the authorities, we discuss it first with the authority’s specific work level officer and let our client know the work process, the documents needed and the contact information of that specific officer we discussed with. (e.g. Business registration, Business approval from Gu-office, Immigration office, National Insurances, etc.)
